1. Return Policy
   ●Return Time Limit: You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to make a return request.
   ●Return Conditions: The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and labels intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns for damaged or used products.
   ●Return Process: Please contact the customer service team via email to explain your reason for return and provide your order number.
   ○The customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed return instructions.
   ○Please package the product properly and send it back to our return address as instructed.
2. Exchange Policy
   ●Exchange Conditions: If you wish to exchange the product, you must make a request within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging intact.
   ●Exchange process: Please follow the first step in the return process to contact the customer service team to explain the product you wish to exchange and why.
3. Refund processing
   ●Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The refund will be refunded to your payment method and usually takes 5 business days to arrive in your account.
   ●Shipping costs will not be included in the refund unless it is due to a shipping error on our part.
4. Shipping costs
   ●If you return or exchange an item, the relevant shipping costs will be borne by you, unless the return or exchange is due to a product defect or our error. In this case, we will be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs.
5. Special circumstances
